Our group headquarters since 1976, Cenate’s compound is the base of our Corporate offices and house sales, aftersales and engineering center serving the project business worldwide.. Cenate’s five manufacturing plants include our well known highly automated manufacturing of forged steel valves, welding and coating unit, our large size valves machining unit and the assembly and testing area with lifting capacity to 110 tons. Here we manufacture floating ball valves, small, medium and large size trunnion ball valves, triple offset butterfly valves and DuEX.

OMB Valves Asia pte ltd
Woodlands _ Singapore
For more than 25 years the Woodlands plant services OMB distribution and customers in South East Asia: here we machine and assembly mainly forged steel valves up to 2” from components sourced in Italy. The plant is our Sales and After-Sales for South East Asia and the Pacific for both MRO and project business in the refinery and petrochemical sector.
OMB Valves s.p.a. - Rescaldina Plant
Rescaldina, Milan _ Italy
In 2023, we acquired the Rescaldina plant to increase our production capacity for Ball and large linear valves (Pressure seals and Pipeline gates).
Spanning 80,000 sqm with over 40,000 sqm in two covered facilities, it matches Cenate in size and provides space for growth.
Plant 1 focuses on API6D and API6A valves, featuring a testing area with 14 bunkers up to 15,000 psi.
Plant 2 produces Vogt Pressure Seal, Fully Welded Ball, and Pipeline Gate valves, equipped with large bore machining centers, 12 welding stations, and heat treatment plants.

Vogt Valves Inc.

Built in 2011 and expanded in 2017 post-acquisition, Vogt's Stafford plant machines, assembles, welds, tests, and paints forged steel valves up to 4”. It also produces small-size pressure seal, ball valves and DuEX double eccentric ball valves.
The facility includes a Clean Room for making specialty products for the air separation industry, equipped for oxygen and hydrogen service.
It serves as the Sales and Aftersales support center for distributors in North and Latin America and is the headquarters of the Leslie Control division.
OMB Saudi
Damman _ Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
OMB’s presence in Saudi Arabia dates from 2001 when we established Industrial Valves Manufacturer (IVM) with a license agreement to produce in the Kingdom forged steel valves and ball valves.
We now have established a fully owned operation to service our growing range of products, following the invitation of Saudi Aramco through the IKTVA program.
Our plant focus on :
- Butterfly and Dual Plate Check valves for oil & gas and water, in cooperation with Nencini.
- API6A Gate, Check and Ball valves for the upstream sector.
